Please bear in mind that we are unable to make changes to an order after 30 minutes from the time it is placed. We will always try our best to accommodate any changes requested within that time frame.

We can assist with updating your shipping address within 24 hours after that we can't guarantee any new address update. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final, with the exception of items that arrive defective or damaged.
